New Beginnings before the New Year

Early Christmas present to myself 🏡

I swore I was going to wait until after the new year to move but said fuck it and moved lol. The holidays get me antsy and I need busywork. This house was the perfect project and I got it done before Christmas! -pats myself on the back- I just wanted a change of scenery. I love my last home; I just wanted something different. Our new home is perfect too. Three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a huge kitchen, 2 living room areas, a laundry room, a garage, and plenty of closets for storage. It is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and I have a river close by. I always live by water lol. No pool this time, but that is ok.

So, I will be bringing Christmas and New Year's in at my new home. I thought about doing a housewarming party but, with it being so close to Christmas, I know people are busy doing their own thing. I may do Christmas dinner but I am not sure. Either way, I'm happy and as you can see my fur babies are pleased enough with the move lol. My little sleepyheads. Anywho, ain't my little house cute?! I fell in love the second I saw it. AzureByKara makes beautiful homes and furniture to match. I knew I would not be disappointed.

My next Vu-venture is going to be a sip and paint: Buzzed Art Nights. I love putting rooms together and I feel Vu lacks two things, rooms for singles that aren't hook-up rooms and spaces for Girl's Night Out events. There's a deeper niche within those two but I don't want to share all of that just yet. However, I do feel that I can serve this niche and that's what I plan to do.

2018 was a fucking blur I swear.
